Location: Aley United Methodist Church, 4143 Kemp Rd. Beavercreek. Room 202. Please note that the parking lot is a one way loop around the building. Please enter through door 5. There is an elevator.

Please email Shannon Naik (shannonnaik@gmail.com) to be added to the class list for details about each month’s meeting including supplies to bring. We gladly welcome new faces who have interest in learning more about our group.
Purpose/Goal: The goal of Study Group is to “play” and have fun each month as we explore a different topic. Participants are encouraged to transform their study into a small quilt for homework to be shared at the following Study Group. Participants are also encouraged to bring show-and-tell of projects they are working on or have completed. Participants often seek feedback from the group when they are having difficulty with design decisions. We are Art Quilters and don’t like to follow the guidelines but encourage each artist to find their own expression each month.
Year Plan: The first meeting in September we plan out the year. Participants, please bring ideas for topics we can explore. It is helpful to browse resources such as Quilting Arts Magazine or other books for ideas. Please bring your ideas and resources with you or e-mail them to Shannon to present if you are unable to attend. We will vote on the ideas, create a calendar and assign leaders to present for each month.
