A Fine Art Exhibit
Tipp City Art Council sponsored A Fine Art Exhibit March 31 – April 5. Two MVAQN members entered the show with 3 pieces each. Barb Schneider earned a Third Place ribbon and Helen Willis earned an Honorable Mention ribbon. Here are the pieces that they entered:
Barb Schneider entered “Mama Demands Liberty” which earned a Third Place Ribbon. It is an original design and thread painted.
Her second Piece was “And Justice For All”. An original piece.
And Barb’s third piece was an orginal piece titled, “The Elegance of Trees”:
Helen Willis entered an orginal piece titlesd “Springtime in Miami County” which earned an Honorable Mention Ribbon:
Her second piece was “Bring Some Lovin’ Here Today”, an original design:
And Helen’s third piece was “Falling Leaves”, an original design that measures 6″x45″ and rolls up on an antique bobbin:
